DESMOS PERSONAL PROJECTS

In my free time, when I’m not outside or reading or playing music, I like to have fun using an online graphing calculator called Desmos. It is incredibly powerful and can handle graphing, storing, and computing hundreds of different functions and mathematical expressions simultaneously. They also recently released a 3D version of their graphing software!

 

I have created several pieces of art in Desmos by graphing what the object or picture looks like, and then refining and narrowing in on the look of the final product. Examples shown here are my High School’s logo (Santa Margarita Catholic High School), the Yin & Yang symbol, and a gumball machine. I am currently working on the NASA logo, which I hope to finish sometime soon.
